This calisthenics course is a beginner to intermediate program which aims to guide you through the basics of calisthenics and learn you the basic movements, such as: push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and Australian pull-ups.
These foundations are necessary for learning more advanced skills later on. Additionally, this program includes the progressions towards two advanced calisthenics skills: the muscle-up and the front lever.

I started training with Sytse a while back. I remember the first time I wasn’t able to do a single pull-up, not even with a resistance band. I wasn’t happy with this at all, but Sytse explained that I shouldn’t be so insecure and that with practice I could get it in no time. He also explained that a pull-up may look simple, but in fact you are pulling your whole body strength.
He gave me excersises to gain enough strength to eventually be able to complete this. Within just a few weeks I was already able to do 3 x 10 pull-ups (with a resistance band) and one whole one all on my own. Very happy with my progress so far and looking forward to more!
