“LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE”

I started training with Sytse a while back. I remember the first time I wasn’t able to do a single pull-up, not even with a resistance band. I wasn’t happy with this at all, but Sytse explained that I shouldn’t be so insecure and that with practice I could get it in no time. He also explained that a pull-up may look simple, but in fact you are pulling your whole body strength.

 

He gave me excersises to gain enough strength to eventually be able to complete this. Within just a few weeks I was already able to do 3 x 10 pull-ups (with a resistance band) and one whole one all on my own. Very happy with my progress so far and looking forward to more!

Over the past decade I have developed a huge passion for calisthenics training. Calisthenics changed my life. It gave a boost to my self-confidence and made my body functional in ways I could've never imagined. I transformed my physique and mindset, all through bodyweight training. I feel a strong desire to share my passion for calisthenics with others and help people become the best version of themselves; mentally and physically.
